MoodQuest

A mood tracker that answers a check-in with a two-minute action instead of another chart.

MoodQuest interface

About this build

Most mood trackers stop at logging, which leaves you holding data and no next step. MoodQuest closes that loop. Pick a mood and it hands you a small timed quest, four minutes, get something comforting and sit with it, plus a "why this?" so the suggestion is legible instead of magic. Entries are written to the device first, so the app works with no connection and syncs later. Reminders are scheduled locally. The emergency route stays one tap from the home screen at all times.

What it does

  • Mood check-in that resolves into a suggested timed action
  • Explainable suggestions rather than an opaque feed
  • Local-first storage with background sync
  • On-device scheduled reminders
  • Always-available emergency route
